Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Mecca, Medina, and other major cities.

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

 

Estimated Delivery Time

Major cities: approximately 2-4 business days. Other areas: approximately 4-7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, high-demand periods, or remote locations.

 

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

 

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery, no advance payment is required. You pay the courier directly when your order arrives. Please have the exact amount ready if possible.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or WhatsApp so you can follow its progress.

 

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful (e.g., unable to reach you, incorrect address, or refusal at the door), the courier will attempt redelivery. If delivery continues to fail, the order may be returned to us, which could result in cancellation or a redelivery fee.
